Objects recovered, received, crafted, altered, traded or lost through Day 27. No item is treated as magical unless its supernatural nature was established in play.
Descriptions distinguish what was observed from what has actually been established. Unusual appearance, sound or circumstance is not proof of magic.

Day 1
Entrusted · Divine-linked gem
The Red Gem
The red gem entrusted to Karl at the fall of the Safehold.
Entrusted to Karl by the dying dwarven instructor and later linked to preserved divine essence.
Bearer
Karl
Acquired
Safehold training ground
Status
Retained; thirteen charges recorded by Day 13; attuned further on Day 22; reshaped as a clerical gem configured for spells on Day 23
Evidence
Associated with Thardar, the dwarven nature god
The gem was given with an instruction to seek the dwarves in the north. Its divine connection was initially only the instructor’s claim, but the party’s Day 13 investigation provided stronger evidence that the coloured stones hold divine essence. On Day 23 Karl led the party back inside the gem, accepted the physical backlash rather than risk its charges, and successfully configured it for clerical spells.
The four physical prizes awarded after the marsh trials.
Four physical prizes awarded by the monkey arbiter after the trials of strength, aim, balance and voice.
Golden belt
Awarded to Halen after the wrestling trial; later called the Belt of Kord and lost gambling on Day 6
Silver arrow
A silver-fletched arrow awarded to Asuran after the trial of aim
Reed sandals
The “Sandals of Sure Step,” wrapped around Toby’s ankles after the balance trial
Bronze spear
Recovered by Halen from the lightning-scarred statue after the trials
The rewards were granted under striking circumstances, but the archive does not classify any of them as magical. Karl’s altered voice was a change to Karl himself, not an item.
The few recoverable objects found among the laboratory ruins.
A few usable tools and two unusual objects survived among the shattered benches and glass.
Flasks
A few filthy but intact alchemical flasks
Lime-green gem
A divine-linked disease gem later recorded with eighty-six charges, reduced to eighty-three after three were used
Brass bell
A small bell, cold to the touch, producing a dull and heavy tone
Status
Carried away from the laboratory
The gem’s divine association was established only later. The bell’s cold surface and unusual tone remain observations, not evidence that it is magical.
The serviceable possessions recovered after the Drow ambush.
The only serviceable possessions recovered after Asuran’s alchemist’s-fire attack.
Cloak
A half-burnt Drow cloak, known in the surviving account as a “cloak of stealth”
Vials
Several unusually tough vessels, blackened but preserved by chance
Recovered by
Asuran
Status
Carried away from the rail-tunnel encounter
The cloak’s name describes its intended use or reputation; the archive does not classify it as magical. The contents and later use of the surviving vials have not yet been recorded.
The portal stone removed from the earth-demiplane archway.
A coloured portal stone removed by Asuran and later recorded among the divine-linked gems.
Recovered by
Asuran
Acquired
Portal chamber in the earth demiplane
Observed
Its removal suspended Asuran in amber light
Later record
Called the orange gem and associated with invisibility on Day 13
The archive treats “amber” and “orange” as the same stone unless later evidence separates them. Its exceptional status comes from the party’s later evidence linking the coloured gems to gods.
The objects removed from the ziggurat after the guardians fell.
Weapons and objects taken from the tomb complex after the guardians and lost high priest were overcome.
Guardian weapons
Recovered from the tomb guardians; their exact number and forms remain unrecorded
Green bow gem
A divine-linked dwarven gem fitted to the ancient bow and freed with it from the tomb’s stone matrix
Ancient bow
Recovered intact with its fitted green gem
Status
Removed from the ziggurat by the party
The bow’s green gem belongs with the divine-linked stones and is separate from the lime-green disease gem recovered from the rat-ogre laboratory. The guardian weapons and the bow itself remain physical recoveries described by their provenance and observed condition.
Asuran’s Brass Spear and Adamantine Chain-and-Lock
Two exceptional pieces of temple equipment acquired by Asuran.
Asuran claimed the brass guardian’s long spear and the continuous locking chain removed from the iron strongbox.
Bearer
Asuran
Brass spear
Masterwork longspear; reach allows use from the second rank; +1 to attack rolls but no damage bonus
Chain-and-lock
Adamantine continuous chain with an integrated twist-and-pull lock; DC 25 to operate without knowing its method
Durability
The chain is exceptionally difficult to break and suitable for restraining powerful or extraplanar creatures
The spear was taken from the blood-powered brass guardian after its defeat. Its brass construction may matter in particular circumstances, but no magical property was established. The chain’s value lies in adamantine strength and its ingenious lock rather than an ordinary padlock.
The mammoth-ear cloak recovered from the best-protected barbarian.
A great leather cape fashioned from a mammoth’s ear, assigned to Halen after the surface battle.
Bearer
Halen
Armour
+1 AC
Cold protection
Endure cold; nonmagical cold conditions have no negative effect on the wearer
Construction
Heavy mammoth leather with a small trunk-like edge still visible
The barbarian wearing it appeared less undernourished and less affected by the severe cold than his companions. Its campaign properties were stated directly when the party examined it.
The extraction equipment and unusual materials identified beneath the temple.
The party identified the frozen barrel contents, recovered the strongbox’s extraction tube, and drew a valuable sample from the dead blood elemental.
Extracted ingredient
Blood-elemental essence from the already-dead specimen; recorded provisional value 73,000 gp despite poor extraction
Uses
A very rare extraplanar ingredient useful for enchanting and alchemical work
Extraction tool
A long hollow tube from the iron box which accepts a sharp attachment and draws material through the tube
Chemical kit
Mentioned and used for the extraction; the dialogue does not clearly establish it as a newly acquired kit
Water barrel
One of six barrels held sealed fresh water. On Day 23 it was opened and identified as glacially pure water: unusually free of sediment and contamination, useful for alchemy, herbalism and ritual work. It was not identified as planar or primordial water.
Of the other barrels, three contained poor beer and two held blood elementals. The living elemental was preserved and returned through the opened portal. The remaining dead bulk was later offered to the avatar, while the extracted essence was separately recorded for the party.
The completed draughts and the partly crafted sword, shield and bow at the end of Day 23.
The sixth barrel yielded exceptionally pure natural water, which Asuran immediately used while the others continued their craftwork.
Glacially pure water
Natural water almost entirely free of sediment and contamination; particularly valuable for alchemy, herbalism and ritual work, though its purity would diminish after opening
Speed-and-agility draughts
Six doses prepared by Asuran; each grants a +2 enhancement to Dexterity for one battle
Darkwood sword
Halen completed another full day shaping the valuable large blank towards a two-handed sword; still unfinished
Shield and bow
Karl continued work on his shield, while Toby advanced his bow-making by roughly a day and a half
The water was neither magically created nor the primordial water previously recovered from the Plane of Water. Its value came from exceptional glacial purity. The completed draughts were the only finished crafted items produced during the day.
The bear’s eye held a shard of diseased divine essence; its corrupted tissues yielded valuable alchemical material.
Evidence and reagents recovered from the wounded ice demiplane.
Divine shard
The green fragment removed from the polar bear’s diseased eye and retained by the party.
Bear reagents
Approximately 500 gp of corrupted alchemical ingredients suitable for disease-based or offensive preparations. The hide was too diseased to use.
Blue ice water
Exceptionally pure running water collected beneath the bear’s cavern. It is elemental or planar water, distinct from the earlier primordial water.
Green fragments
Five were held by the end of Day 25: one from the polar bear’s eye and four removed from frozen warriors. After the menhir journey early on Day 26, its spent stone crumbled and produced three more, raising the party total to eight. Asuran claimed one of the newly recovered pieces.
The first loose fragment launched itself towards the sanctuary and tried to burrow through Karl’s armour.
The eight fragments are one-use vessels of Morgion’s essence. A bearer may pray to Morgion and request an effect; success and strength depend upon the invocation, and the fragment is consumed when its single charge is released.

Discovered · Day 25
DIMENSIONAL REFUGE · OWNERSHIP UNKNOWN
The Mammoth-Hide Lodge
A seamless hide shelter outside; a network of warm dimensional rooms within.
A travelling refuge whose interior survived beyond the reach of the world’s magical decline.
Confirmed
Food and drink, separate rooms, defensive sealing, concealed windows, viewing, planar viewing and locating.
Charged powers
Creating or linking a portal and teleporting each displayed a remaining single charge.
Power socket
A gem-shaped socket may accept a magical power source; the party did not test it.
Ownership
The lodge reacted as though recognising an owner, but the account does not identify who. It is not yet recorded as party property.

Gifted · Day 25
ANCIENT MAGIC · PRESERVATION TUBE
Headband of Conscious Effort
The headband must return to its fitted tube to prevent further deterioration.
A malleable headband set with three tiger-eye gems glowing like banked fire.
Effect
Allows a concentration check to be used in place of a Fortitude saving throw.
Wear
Can be fitted beneath a hood or over a helmet.
Decay risk
Each day of use outside its tube adds a cumulative one-percent chance of permanent magical failure.
Protection
Returning it to the special tube prevents further deterioration but does not reset the accumulated risk.

Day 27
Prepared botanical · Primordial fruit
Weightlessness Squash
Karl proposed the route; Asuran prepared five portions so the armoured party could avoid the lake.
A giant squash whose flesh reduces the eater’s weight. More bites increase both the effect and its duration.
Proposal
Karl argued for the squash rather than removing and risking his plate armour
Preparation
Asuran divided and preserved it using herbalism and alchemical experience
Portions
Five, each divided into several bites
Use
The party rose to the glacier ceiling and crossed above the flooded lake

Found Day 13 · Revealed Day 27
Ancient weapon · Primordial gem
Bow of the Ancients
Petrification comes from the embedded gem, not separate doses.
Reserve
83 charges
Powers
Accuracy, additional attack and petrification
Nature
Unnamed primordial power; a crude god-gem imitation
◆
Recovered
Eight Green Fragments
Eight separate recovered shards.
Fragments associated with Morgion’s destruction.

Gifted · Day 27
Thardar-linked gem · Tanner’s cloak
Tanner’s Yellow Gem
Tanner can socket it into his leather cloak clasp.
Crafting
Skilled leatherworker; successfully socketed the gem into his cloak clasp
Reserve
A finite store of Thardar’s remaining divine essence
Presence
Gives Tanner a strongly compelling, confident and commanding personality; deliberate invocation makes his authority considerably harder to resist
Faith
Strengthens Tanner’s ability to confront and drive back hostile undead

Received · Day 27
Divine crystal · Internal travel key
Shard of Telchur
The Winter Knight gave the first shard after the party prevented his possession.
A crystalline key and vessel of Telchur’s raw divine essence, opening the road from the Mouth toward the Refuge of the Forgotten.
Source
Taken from the ice-bound crystal golem and gifted by the Winter Knight
Route opened
Mouth to the Refuge of the Forgotten
Present state
The first shard survives; only six measures of its divine power remain
True purpose
Key, vessel and ritual focus for releasing or redirecting Telchur’s essence
The Winter Knight initially believed the collected shards might unite into a powerful boon. The avatar’s answer replaced that theory. The guarded essence must be found and shaped through communal prayer so the White Corpse can overcome the planar barrier without destroying the faint life that remains within Telchur.
The company used the shard to restore sacred and arcane knowledge lost during the Waning. Karl and Tanner recovered a broad foundation of simple divine prayers, after which Asuran recovered ten foundational arcane workings. The raw fragment had none of the protections built into dwarven gems, and the prayer circle chose to force the resulting backlash into the shard rather than allow it to strike them directly.
The overburdened crystal exploded, nearly killing Karl and tearing apart his armour. Asuran spent his Mind Flayer boon to return events to the moment before the blast. In the final course of events Karl was never injured, the shard did not explode and it remained intact with six measures of power.
An intricate brass instrument stood beside two bodies in Gond’s chamber. The published record confirms discovery, not removal, so it remains a location entry rather than party inventory.
Two exhausted grey gems were present when the party tested its collection. Their earlier recovery is not yet described in the published chronicle. They are divine-linked gems, but recorded as depleted.
